Killing Spree with Diablo 3!

This is not Game Review but only a piece of story

Kemalasan ku nak meng''update'' blog ni semakin bertambah2, tp aku kuatkan juga niat nak update blog ni sebagai peringatan dan memori aku sendiri (well, Aku memang malas nak tulis diari, so blogging is another good medium to help me keep a record at least a small part of my life..). So malam ni, aku nak share sikit tentang game yang aku main sepanajng cuti semester lepas (melepaskan kebosanan diri, and try to get a full ''excitement'' out of this $AUD69 and approx RM190++ game..) iaitu Diablo 3.

Woooooww?!?!~~ (creepy sound theme), Diablo 3 game from Blizzard entertainment, merupakan salah satu game yang menjadi ''hot and hit'' dua bulan lepas. Mungkin aku terlambat nak buat review pasal game ni, oleh itu, aku tak nak buang masa nak review game ni, sebab, korg semua boleh guna En. Google untuk membantu dalam hal tersebut (*_*) kk. 

Sebenarnya, aku nak share pengalaman dan keseronokan bermain game Diablo 3. First of all, mcm biasa, ini game RPG with game style dungeon crawling, kne build character dan kumpul duit, cri item2 yg gempak dan marvellous!!. Tp, jika dibandingkan dengan Diablo 2, Blizzard telah ubah beberapa fundamental gameplay system untuk Diablo 3 kali ini. Aku lebih suka character build dalam Diablo 3 sebab character hero lebih realistic dan seimbang or Balance for all 5 kind of hero (Barbarian, Demon Hunter, Monk, Wizard and With Doctor). Each character have a dynamic skill system, which make the character much more versatile and realistic. In simple way, build a character that suit your own versatility and style of gameplay. 

Second thing, cinematic video of Diablo 3. hahaha, dlu aku rasa pelik betul game diablo 2 tu file dia besar sangat sampai nak kena install sampai 3 CD, tp aku ada jgk main game Fate dan Torchlight, file dorg takdelah besar mana pun. Bezanya ialah, Diablo 3 video file game ni mmg besar, sbb dia mmg render full HD 1080p kott!!!. Malah game Diablo 3 ni jgk antara the first game yang support retina Display system of Macbook Pro 15'' yang baru keluar tu. Aku sendiri pun x dpt nak bayangkan macamana lah graphic level game ni dalam MBP bru tu ( 2x HD size broo!!!..giler babeng bsr tu pixel per monitor ratio).

Akan tetapi, setiap game tetap akan sampai ke penghabisan jugak. Mengikut fakta Diablo fan, D2 merupakan siri game diablo yang paling lama sekali bertahan, around 10 years kalau tak silap. Game D3 mmg bnyak improvement dan aku tak nafikan enjoy jugak main game ni, cuma masalahanya :

1. Game ni sebenarnya FULL TIME Online RPG game, so kalau nak main, kena connect to internet.

2. Leveling up hanya sampai level 60, lepas tu gameplay akan lebih menjurus kepada gear hunting untuk dapatkan supreme Armor and equipment dan supaya dapat habiskan the final difficulty level, Inferno.

3. Real Money Auction House (RMAH), sistem baru yang diperkenalkan oleh Blizzard untuk game D3, dalam D2 dlu pun ada sistem trading item, tp kali ini RMAH macam pasar borong item la katakan, harga item mahal nak MAMPOS!!!, boleh cecah smpi USD500~1000 beb!! game computer jak pun apsal la nak kecoh2 jual brg mahal2. Tp, kalau tak nak guna duit betul, boleh pakai Gold trading, pun tetap mahal jgk la brg dia sampai cecah $5Billion gold watdatud**!!..nak dapat duit bnyk macam tu boleh tercabut nyawa dulu wooo!! Tp Blizzard sgt pandai, gameplay D3 kali ni mmg akan membuat sesiapa yang main game ni untuk terpaksa bergantung kepada RMAH atau GAH ni, sbb gear finding dalam game ni semuanya SAMPAH!!! kecuali korg ade Magic Find >150% which cannot be done under normal circumstances, but nearly possible by Nephalem Valor (Level 60 special buff features, nk thu???..main la game ni sendiri haaahaaahhhaa *evil laugh*), dan sebab itu anda terpaksa jugak bergantung pada sistem ni kalau nak survive.

4. Last but not least LAGGING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. aduyai, ni la satu masalah yang sgt mendukacitakan bagi semua pemain game D3 especially Asian and Oceania Region (mcm Australia, where I am now). Disebabkan game ni memerlukan constant internet connection, even when you play SOLO game *not multiplayer, lagging nak mampos, trus terang aku ckp ek, penat weyy nak bunuh satu kumpulan elite or rare or champion kalau asyik lag. Sebab tu aku dh naik fed up main game ni, asyik lag jer, nak proceed ke level inferno dh sangat mustahil bagi aku. Nasib baik la ada sistem multiplayer, walaupun lagging, aku just jln2 jer take up any loot yg org lain dh settlekan hahaha, kerja mudah, dh lagging sgt nk buat cemane kan?!?. Sebab lagging?? jgn salahkan computer aku, pkai spec iMac aku ble support game ni pada level light Moderate, tu pun aku turunkan everything ke level Low skli, tp still lagging, internet connection slow?? well kadang2 tu berlaku jgk, tp time torrent aq tgh finish downloading dlm masa 35 minit, still game D3 lagging macam taaa***. Ramai org kata benda ni berlaku sebab terlalu ramai org main game ni sampai server dorg overload, jdi bandwith coverage dorg pun makin menurun la. Tapi, apapun aq dh 75% completion for D3, cuma Inferno jak lagi tak settle, pun tetap berasa puas hati.

P/S: Main game jgn terlebih sangat, cukup2 sudah. Janji dapat keseronokan dan mengisi kebosanan.

And again sorry for disappointing others since I'm writing this story in Malays, well I am A.D.A.M after all.

Its been a while I haven't post anything in this blog, *sigh* so lazy and less motivated to post lately, but my Olympus trip always save my day, its been challenging yet full of excitement when I am playing with my beloved Trip. *She always there to help me capture any moment that I think its worth to be stored in a film. But here another story, these picture taken during the evening of last 2 months. I test out a technique of photography call "the black card techniques". It is really interesting challenge of photography for anyone. Simple yet quite hard to do, believe me, that is why everything came out from my shot is all these blurry motion picture. But, it became quite interesting subject. The black card technique require a really steady hand+best with tripod. It only works with High dynamic range scene or landscape that normally require a GND filter to shoot with. But, with creativity and best interest of moment, it can produce stunning images. I am not sure what to say about it, because these day image manipulation software like Photoshop can do almost any kind of images you want to produce as long as you take that picture as best as you can. So probably all images that I seen taken by this techniques might be edited using one, naa?!?.. Well, at least you can give it a try yourself, and see what came out from it.

My Trip 35: Second roll with my Trip

Olympus Trip 35 Diary

My first roll of the Olympus Trip 35 surprise me!.. I never thought the trip could produce such a good picture, not too bad for a 50 year old camera! This camera is really LEGEND---Olympus camera Zuiko lens---DARY!!!!... It really helps me going back to where my passion of photography coming from, P&S and just shooting for fun. I admit DSLR quality is superb, really sharp low noise high speed and bokehlicious, but I miss one little thing from all that, the joyful moment and having to take photo of people just for fun. That's where the Trip shine!!!, I don't need the bulky large noisy clunking shutter of DSLR to take photo of people, just by using simple camera like Trip or even with mobile phone is more than I ever need!!!

After my first roll of film, I'm craving for more shot using the Trip. I'm pretty sure I got the diagnosis of addiction shooting-with-film!. Haha, but for real film really cost a lot ($5 per roll of film and another $10 for film developing). Haish, its seems like I have to learn develop film myself. Well, at the moment, just keep shooting until my trip no longer useable...., wait?! have I mention that olympus trip can't die!! its manual+fully automatic camera without battery and only use sunlight to power the metering system! 1-0 score against DSLR.

My Trip 35: The first Trip!

Since I was a little kid, I always have the interest in photography, especially in film photography. the value of arts in film photography always amaze me. Film photography comes in different type and medium such as in color, medium format, slide film and also Black and White film. The most impressive for me is the black and white film, because this film can only record two color, the black and white (also graded level of grey as to represents contrast and clarity) in great details, and shows the image in a very nostalgic and interesting story. Therefore, I decided to try out myself in film photography. To achieve my intention, I tried to find an old film camera that still works well.

This is where I found the Olympus Trip 35, a cult legend camera popularise by David Bailey. He is a very prominent fashion photographer in the 60s and 70s. His pictures were always displayed in the front-page of The Vogue magazine in London. Besides him, an Australian photographer, Sean Fennessy, also has a hobby of collecting Olympus Trip 35 camera wherever he traveled. His Olympus Trip 35 camera collection almost close to hundreds of sets. This is what makes me interested to try film photography using Olympus Trip 35. Here are my first roll taken from my Trip!
